With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Ann McCarthy (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on July 20, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stevens and Cecilia Stevens; her brother Royston; and her husband Jimmy. She is survived by: her brothers, John and Hamilton; her children, Lindsey (Rick Zablocki), Jamie (late Giampiero Bartolucci) and Steven (Cathie Ellis); and her grandchildren, Emily, Lewis, Michael, Mary Cathryn, Gillian, James and Erin. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
