James Bruce Nicholson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Bruce Nicholson (Hamilton, Ontario), born in Kilbride, Ontario, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Nicholson (Ford) and Jabez Nicholson; his siblings, Marie McCartney, Gordon and John Nicholson; and his sister-in-law Donna Dugas.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Nicholson (Smith); his children, Neil Nicholson (Darlene), Sherry Lauter (Michael), Paul Nicholson (Tracy), Kelly Thomson (Colin) and Tracey Bentley (Colin); his grandchildren, Tabatha Herrgott (Jeremy), Maddison Goolabsingh (Sean), Eric Nicholson (Tyler), Steven Lauter (Margeaux), Emily Lauter, Jesse Nicholson (Alex), Brianna Nicholson, Dylan Nicholson (Megan), Tyler Jooris, Aidan Ropchan, Josh Thomson, Kyle Thomson and Paige Bentley; his great grandchildren, Brighton, River, Colby, Theo, Robin, Emma and Miles; his sisters, Edna Joyce and Barbra Hanson (Ron); and his former wife Pat Nicholson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
