He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Marilyn Hawkrigg, Melvin Michael Hawkrigg, Peter and Gerarda Burger. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Fournier and Allison Fournier (Hawkrigg); his sister Charley; his grandparents, Wendy Fournier (Aba), Ron Fournier (Papa), Dagmar Burnell (Granny), Michael (Papa) and Rosemary Hawkrigg (Mimi); and his cousins, John, Chantal Phelps (Fournier), Adam Burnell, Sarah, Celina Gillis, Matthew, Elizabeth Ross (Hawkrigg), Courtney Hawkrigg and James Hawkrigg. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kitching, Steepe & Ludwig Funeral Home (146 Mill St N, Waterdown, ON L0R2H0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
