He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul, Doug and Joan Howard; and his niece Carolyn Westoby. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Christine Koehler (Stephen), Laura Wagstaffe and Kelly Dupuy (Paul); his grandchildren, Shannon Koehler, Sarah Koehler (Sam), Luc Dupuy, Eric Dupuy and Emily Dupuy; and his brother Mike (Jan).
