We are sad to announce that, on January 23, 2024, Jan Wiersma (Hamilton, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jan Wiersma to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willem and Ebeltje; and his brothers, Elco (Ann) and William'Bill' (Magda). He is survived by: his children, Paul Wiersma (Daphne), Philip Wiersma (Carrey), Joanna Wiersma (Darryl), Pake, Eve, James, Kay, Kaitlyn and Matthew Wiersma; and his sister Sylvia.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Cancer Assistance Program (https://cancerassist.ca).
