She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman and Rae; her sister Jackie; her son Christopher Brewer; and her husband Basil Heming.
She is survived by: her sons, Webb (Walter) and Curtis Brewer; her stepsons, Dennis and Jeff Heming; and her granddaughters, Natalie and Danielle Brewer.
In her memory, a donation may be made to St. John's Anglican Church in Ancaster or the Mark Preece Family House, Barton Street East, Hamilton.
