He is survived by: his parents, Ermine Radcliffe and Anthony Linton; his siblings, Jamal Chase, Chantaye Chase, Chaneria Chase and Chayla Chase; his grandmother Joan Davis; his siblings' children, Leo Chase and Maleah Chase; his aunts and uncles, Cheryl Chase, Andrea Davis, Arvil Davis-Ramsay (Kirk), David Chase, Samuel Chase and Athelston Chase; and his cousins, Omar Davis, Zola Sears, Camara Babb and Jasmine Chase. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
In accordance with the regulations of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario due to COVID-19, all events are restricted to a specified number of attendees.
