It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joao Da Costa (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on August 25, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Costa; his daughter Maria Costa; and also Conceição "Mariazinha" Da Costa. He is survived by: his children, Fátima Meneses (João), Lúcia Mendonça (Horácio), John Da Costa (Ana), Lina Da Costa and Emanuel "Manny" Da Costa (Marta); and his siblings, Maria José Cabral, Zélia Rocha (José) and Dinis Da Costa.
