He was predeceased by: his father Bill Parkin. He is survived by: his mother Judy Parkin; his brothers, Charles Parkin (Kathy) and Dave Parkin (Jeanette); and his siblings' children, Krys, Kari, Matthew and Ryan. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
