He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Calderhead and Jim Calderhead. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Heather; his grandchild Riley; his daughter Patricia; his grandsons, Terrance and Tyler; his aunt Pat Visca (Val); and his friends, Hank and Glenn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as many cousins.
