He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; and his friend Joan Nowacki. He is survived by: his children, Susan Lorimer (Tim) and David Simpson; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Claire) and Meredith Lorimer; his sister Pat Mallon (family: Banter, Brindley, Wettlaufer); and his caregivers, Jeanette, Zoe, Kelly and Marcita. He is also survived by her family and many dear friends.
