John Frederick Murray Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 8, 2026, at the age of 77, John Frederick Murray (Hamilton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint John Frederick leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle (Max) and Lisa (Chris); his granddaughter Emma (Tyler); his sister Joanne (Murray); his siblings-in-law, Gord (Trudy) and Trudi; and his close friend Robert "Bob" Caudwell.

Cremation has taken place, and in memory of Fred, the family kindly requests donations be made to the SPCA, an organization he supported throughout his life.
