He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Sandi (Richard Matthews) and Ian (Janet Moore); his grandchildren, Anna Matthews (Grady Jackson), Evan Matthews (Hannah Rochon-Terry), Cole and Macy Purdell-Lewis; and his brother David Purdell-Lewis (Jo).
