John Kenneth Kozack Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2018, at the age of 67, John Kenneth Kozack (Hamilton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Terry; and his parents, John and Bernice. He is survived by: his children, Tammy, Michelle, Tony (Becky), Sherrie (John), Johnny (Jessica), Brooke, Taylor, Mackenzie, Tamara, Dustin, Riley, Madison, Lucas and Kylie; and his siblings, Susan (Mike), Brian (Lisa), Jackie (Rob) and Teresa. He is also survived by his many relatives and friends.
