He was predeceased by: his son Paul; and his parents, Larry Vasilak and Mildred Vasilak. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Nathan and Lindsay Vasilak; his siblings, Tommy Vasilak (Donna) and Susan Radoja (Petar); his siblings-in-law, Nick Miscione (Debora), John Miscione, Marilyn Miscione and Dalia Miscione; and his caregivers, Maria Nita, Elizabeth and Suzanna. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
