He was predeceased by: his wife Helen. He is survived by: his children, Annette McMinn (Tom), Cathy Spanik (late Joe) and Andrena Murphy; and his grandchildren, Tara (Alaeric), Jenny, Josh (Lindsay), Kelsey (Sean), Alicia (Cobi) and Zack (Laura). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
