He was predeceased by: his sons, Donald and Glen; and his parents, Patronella and John. He is survived by: his wife Donna Giacalone-Miller; his children, Scott (Kathy Brennan) and Ashleigh; his stepchildren, Jeanette McCurdy (Kevin) and Francesco Giacalone (Cheryl Chaston); his sibling Beverly Lun (Maurice); his grandchildren, Ryan, Sarah, Alexander, Colin, Benjamin, Hope and Nathan; his mother-in-law Mary Frances Collins; his close friends, Ken Alford, Frank Goodman and Roger Ivol; and his friend Charlie Galea. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, brothers- and sisters-in-law, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Good Shepherd Hamilton or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
