He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Catherine; and his sister Anne. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Tammy D'Antonio (Tony), Cathy McKinney (Grant), Richard Ovens and Jodi Fletcher (Rich); and his sister Bonnie David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, sister and brothers-in-law.
