He was predeceased by: his parent Peg; and his sister Lynne. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Melanie Quintana (Jojo) and Robyn Vidad (Dennis); his grandsons, Jackson, Myles, Jacob and Jonah; and his siblings, Vicki, Pete (Claire) and Steve (Lynn). He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home (90 Garner Rd E, Ancaster, ON L9G3K9). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
