He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Harland and Helen Harland. He is survived by: his sister Kathleen Peck (Tim) of Cameron; his niece Jessica Wiley (Cody); his daughters, Audrey, Sarah Peck and Selena Lucas (Brian) of Simcoe; and his grandsons, Devin, Ethan (Terra) and Liam (Faith).
