He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Jakabffy and Elizabeth Jakabffy; his brother Steve Jakabffy (Teresa Jakabffy); and his brothers-in-law, Albert Ferleyko and Donald Mallory.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nichole Majerovich (Joey Majerovich), Jaclyn De Azevedo (Frank De Azevedo), Joel Millar and Blake Pacific; his sisters, Helen Ferleyko, Betty Mallory and Velma Crumblehulme (Phil Walker); his wife Sharon Jakabffy; and his friend Michelle Hann.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
