He was predeceased by: his wife Ann. He is survived by: his children, Brian, Ian and Kim; his son-in-law David Adamson; his grandchildren, Leslie, Krista, Caitlin, Rikki, Brody, Daniel, Arianna and Mireya; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Everett.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Air Cadets Ontario in Phil's memory would be appreciated.
