Josip Zoric Obituary
We announce the death of Josip Zoric (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 73. Josip will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Josip and Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Nada; his daughters, Susie Biondic (John) and Joanna Morris (Cody); his brothers, Ivan, Stjepan and Mijo; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Jurcic and Vlado Rataic. He is also survived by his extended family and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home (1774 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K1V7). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Croatian Church (1883 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K1V9). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Cemetery (681 Mud St E, Hamilton, ON L8J3B8).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory may be made to Holy Cross Church.
