She was predeceased by: her husband Stanko; and her father Djuro Samac Officiating. She is survived by: her children, Ilija (Elisa) and Borka; and her great grandchildren, Adelaide, Lorelei, Josephine, Thomas and Patrick. She is also survived by many extended family and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the L. G. Wallace Funeral Home (151 Ottawa St N, Hamilton, ON L8H3Z2). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral (153 Nash Rd S, Hamilton, ON L8K4J9). A burial was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Woodland Cemetery (700 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J3).
