She is survived by: her husband Ken Bekendam; her child Kingston; her parents, Tina Cox (Dan) and Lloyd Verduyn (Tamra); her brother Zak Verduyn; her grandparents, Jessie Verduyn, Nancy and Wayne Little; her parents-in-law, Jerry and Joanne Bekendam; her siblings-in-law, Steph, Jay Haanstra, Steve, Jess Bekendam, Mike and Kelly Bekendam; and her sibling Jaclyn McCarthy. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.

As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Michael's Hospital Cystic Fibrosis Clinic would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
