With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Karen Anne Simpson (Hamilton, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Ciraolo and Harry Ciraolo. She is survived by: her husband Christopher; her children, Kyle (Katie), Tyler (Sheri) and Erin; her grandchildren, Carter and Vera; her siblings, Rick and Marlene (Paul); her in-laws, Terry and Beverley Simpson; and her siblings-in-law, James Simpson and Lynda Flood (Brian). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre (Pancreatic Research), would be appreciated by the family.
