She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barnard and Wilma Barnard; her husband Tim Eby; and her granddaughter Erika. She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy (late Ian Breck), Sue (Geoff) and Janie (Brian); her significant other John Doyle; her children, Kristin (Joel) and Geoff (Karrie); her stepdaughters, Lindsay (Omar), Michelle (Simon) and Amanda (Wade); her grandchildren, Timothy (Cristy), Scott (Samantha), Devin, Noor, Sullivan, Rory and Rami; and her great grandchildren, Erik, Carter and Barrett.
