He was predeceased by: his mother Violet Blankinsop; and his brother Michael Moore. He is survived by: his wife Silvana; his siblings, Patricia Cairns (late David) and Beverley Urquhart (Randy); his nieces and nephews, Brandon Moore, Shelby Urquhart, Megan Urquhart and Jesse Urquhart; and his great-nephew Grayson Urquhart. He is also survived by his many, many friends.
