He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Alvah Herbert and Mable Marietta; his wife Carol Kvamme; his children, Mark (Elisa), Susan, John (Catherine), Kevin (Mary) and Derek (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Jack, Jane, Ann, Lola and Thomas.
