She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas MacDonald; and her son Danny MacDonald. She is survived by: her children, Darlene McKillop, Cathy Costanza (Christopher) and Shane MacDonald (Nicole); her grandchildren, Matthew McKillop, Kevin McKillop (Nicole), Emma MacDonald and Ethan MacDonald; and her great grandchildren, William and John Cooper.

Even during the Covid lockdown, she joined online groups, learning how to attend meetings on Zoom.
