He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Blais and Kathryn Blais. He is survived by: his brothers, Ryan Blais, Joey and Dustin; his girlfriend Lylah; and his nieces and nephews, JJ and Mason. He is also survived by extended family, dear friends.
