She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole (Carlos) and Aimee (Andrew); her grandchildren, Avelina, Jordan and Colton; her sister-in-law Lori Ambo; her nephews, Brent, Jesse and Dylan Ambo; and her caregiver Henderson.
