She is survived by: her siblings, Carol (Savian) and Scott (Roz); her children, Madison (Karen), Katie (Ryan) and Hillary (Marcus); and her granddaughters, Ada and Evelyn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamilton - Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lesley-Anne's memory to the Cancer Assistance Program or to the Good Shepherd.
