She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kondrat and Vicki Kondrat; and her siblings, Stan Kondrat and Deanna Ross. She is survived by: her close friend Charlene Swick (Rob); her grandchildren, Kelsey Henderson (Anthony) and Kevin Koudys; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Henderson, Jocelyn Henderson and Nicholas Henderson; and her sisters, Irene Clappison (Paul), Joanne Judd (Bill), Tom Jachymek (Lynn) and Pat Henklemann. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
