He was predeceased by: his father Arvid; and his stepsister Angela. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline (late TJ); his brother Alan (Annette); his stepsiblings, Janine, Mark and Anna; his daughters, Sarah (Casey), Jen (Jake) and Mary (Michael); his niece Jacqui (Johndavid); his friend Joyce; and his granddaughters, Nora and Emily. He is also survived by friends, colleagues, bandmates and extended family.
