Lucia Ionni Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucia Ionni (Hamilton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucia Ionni to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Francesco Ionni; and her brothers, Domenico Aniballi and Vincenzo Aniballi. She is survived by: her children, Edoardo Ionni (Carol Polizzi) and Kathy Ionni (Eric Salembier); her grandchildren, Isabella Ionni, Arianna Ionni and Ethan Salembier; Letizia Santini.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Regina Mundi Parish (631 Mohawk Rd W, Hamilton, ON L9C1X7). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
