He is survived by: his wife Maria of Jesus Costa; his children, Anjela Maria, Jose Manuel, Margarida Maria (John), Violante Costa (Joe) and Peter Manuel (Helena); his grandchildren, Shawn Miguel, Katrina Maria, Katherine, Laura Anne, Daniella, Antonia, Joseph, Michael, Peter, Violet and Liliana; and his children, John and Ana Isabel (Bruce).
