She is survived by: her husband Phillip Shields; her children, Philip Shields Jr (Nancy), Michael Shields (Lynda), Ron Shields (Mary), Russell Shields, Teresa Shewell (Tom), Mary Parke, Kathleen Jackson and Chris Shields (Rob); and her sister Mary Liberty. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous relatives.
