She was predeceased by : her parents, Gloria Carreiro and José Carreiro. She is survived by : her husband Amarilis Castelo; her children, Nelly and Tony Amaral; and her siblings, Jose Carreiro, Antonio Carreiro, Germana Mederios and Mavilha Lopes.
