She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Przybylo (late Joseph) and Helen Kulikowski (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Ava, Lauren and Olive; her niece Beata (late Piotr); and her great-nephew Daniel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
