She was predeceased by : her spouse Guilherme; her son Jose Manuel (Louise); and her siblings, Manuel Duarte (late Ermelinda), Ludevina Silva (late Jose) and Jose Silva (Laura).
She is survived by : her children, Maria (Jose) and John; her grandchildren, Nancy, Karen, Melissa and Michael; her niece Mary Levesley; and her nephew Carlos Silva. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
