It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria (Battistelli) Turchi (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her spouse Ferruccio; her son Loren (Ersilio Serafini); her grandchildren, Dino Serafini (Teresa), Lorenzo and Victoria-Marie Serafini; and her great grandchild Primo Serafini.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM and from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home (1774 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K1V7). In accordance with the regulations of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario due to COVID-19, all events are restricted to a specified number of attendees.
