He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fritz (Clara Wixwat) and Martin; his brother Helmut Wixwat; his wife Charlotte; his children, Michael (Melanie), Esther (Robb) and Wilfred (Janelle); his grandchildren, Kara, Zachary, Joshua, Lisi, Eric, James, Maria and Benjamin; and his great grandchildren, Harrison, Everett and Matilda.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Heritage Green Seventh-Day Adventist Church (349 Isaac Brock Dr, Stoney Creek, ON L8J3S2).
