She is survived by: her husband Bob Spilchuk; her daughter Dr. June Martin; her son-in-law Alan Pong; her nephew Dr. Dan Ozimok (Wendy); her nieces, Dr. Darlene Ozimok-Edge (Scott), Dr. Donna Ozimok and Barb Juranic Catharine (John); her parent-in-law Oxana; her sister Liz Osadec (Don) of St. Catharines; John, Gwen Bois, Stan Bliszczuk, Michelle, Christine Nebesny, Marylou Haw and Kate O'Bryan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
