Mato Kos Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 2, 2026, at the age of 87, Mato Kos (Hamilton, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mato Kos to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antun and Marija; and his siblings, Anastazija, Rozalija, Miško, Anđela, Antun, Pavao, Josip and Lovro.
He is survived by: his wife Ana; his children, Maryanne and Anthony (Mirjana); his grandchildren, Emma and Larisa; his siblings-in-law, Mate Furlić and Barka Busija (Ante); and his nephews, John Busija (Mirjana), Tony Busija (Katarina) and Kumovi Ivan (Mary Radiković). He is also survived by many family members, kumovi and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Holy Cross Croatian Parish, Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkinson's Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
