He was predeceased by: his father Peter Pinchak of Aylmer; his grandparents, Peter, Anne Pinchak, Betty Porchak and Wayne Nickerson; and his uncle Rick Nickerson.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Pinchak (Nickerson). He is also survived by cousins and relatives.
