She was predeceased by: her siblings, Evelyn, Violet, William, Nelson, Harold, Elvin, Ken and Barbara; and her parents, Edmon Wallingford and Hermine Wallingford.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Doyle; her sisters, Irma, Iris and Kathleen; her siblings-in-law, Brian (Cathy) and JoAnn Coruzzi-Garner (Paul); her nieces and nephews, Dr. James Coruzzi (Deanna), Amanda Spearing (Graham), Tyrone Garner and Jennifer Young (Paul); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Taya Garner, Adrianna Spearing, Evan Spearing, Theo Coruzzi, Ella Coruzzi, Lucas Coruzzi, Henry Coruzzi and Ashton Young.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cresmount Funeral Home (322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral Basilica of Christ (714 King St W, Hamilton, ON L8S1M7). A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King in Maureen's memory.
