He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Mary; and his brother John (Sylvia). He is survived by: his wife Olga Koziski; his children, Robert (Cathy), Michael (Susan) and Kim (Craig); and his grandchildren, Danielle, Eric, Tyson and Landon (Melissa).
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Peter's, the Diabetes Association, and the Heart and Lung Association would be deeply appreciated.
