He is survived by: his spouse Jen Horner; his children, Jacob, Carissa, Zachary, Hope and Desmyn; his stepchildren, Johnathan Ireland, Daniel Ireland, Donald Dewey and Nicholas Dewey; his parent Denise Horner; and his siblings, Lorraine, Peter, Jason (Teresa), Gerald, Kirsten Jambor (Jerry) and Sean.
