It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael John Petis (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Betty (Nemeth); his children, Suki Patricia, Julie Parco and Michael; his child-in-law Lou Parco; his granddaughter Asia Petis; his stepgrandchildren, Melissa, Rodney Bierhuizen, Adam and Natalie Parco; his brother-in-law Alex Nemeth (Mary); his niece Sarah Lasko; and his nephew Matthewe Nemeth.

Due to COVID protocols, a private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Hungarian Greek Catholic Parish.
